Magnesium Fluorosilicate, also known as Cement Hardener or Cement Curing Agent, finds extensive application
in both new and aged cement floors. This compound permeates the cement surface, engaging in a complex chemical
reaction with the free calcium present within. This reaction yields calcium silicate, which effectively infiltrates and seals
numerous pores within the cement substrate, thereby enhancing its density and overall performance significantly.
Upon application of Magnesium Fluorosilicate (a cement curing agent) to the cement floor, there is a notable enhancement
in several key properties, including hardness, strength, abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance,
water resistance, and impermeability. The most significant improvement is observed in hardness, elevating it from level 4 to level 8.
This, in conjunction with the reinforced abrasion and impact resistance, renders the cement floor exceptionally suitable for environments
like underground garages and factory workshops. Perhaps most remarkable is the extended service life of the cement-cured floor,
which now surpasses 30 years. This extended longevity minimizes the need for frequent ground repairs and renovations,
thereby optimizing floor efficiency.



The method for applying a cement curing agent to a cement floor is as follows:
1. Prepare the surface
Prior to the construction of the cement floor, it is essential to clear away debris, dust, and contaminants from the surface to ensure
effective penetration of the cement curing agent. In cases of cracks and potholes on the ground, start by repairing them using
cement mortar, followed by employing a floor grinder to achieve a smooth and level finish.
2. Surface Curing
Combine Magnesium Fluorosilicate (cement curing agent) with water in a ratio ranging from 1:3 to 1:5, then evenly apply this mixture
to the cement floor, ensuring uniform penetration.
3、 Secondary Curing
After the cement floor surface has dried, proceed with the secondary curing process by applying the cement curing agent following
the same steps as described above.
4、 Ground cleaning
Once the cement floor has dried, it's important to remove any remaining curing agent material to prevent crystalline formation on the surface.
5、 Surface Grinding
Utilize resin polishing pads to grind the cement-cured floor progressively from 50 mesh to 3000 mesh. This process yields a
cement-cured floor with exceptional gloss, evenness, and enhanced decorative appeal.
